Does Santa Visits accommodate children with special needs?
Yes! Santa can communicate with all children (it is part of his magic), he even knows American Sign Language! Santa understands that every child has different needs, and has experience working with children of all abilities. Santa is ready to make your child’s experience as magical as it can be!
What timezone is my appointment in?
ALL Appointments are in Central Timezone (CST) so please adjust based on your location. Unfortunately, this is another heap of reindeer poop because GoDaddy won't let users pick.
What if I have technical issues?
No worries, Santa’s elves are on every Video Call on stand by to ensure everything goes smoothly and record your video interaction with Santa
How will you know my children’s names? You provide them at checkout and we will verify all the information with you before the event. You can also send us your child's letters to Santa so we can read them together
What if I need to reschedule or cancel? We have limited spots that can be reserved and we make sure our Santa is available for the requested date. We do not issue refunds for cancellations but if you need to reschedule due to an unforeseen conflict, You can reschedule by emailing us and we will review- if we can accommodate-we will!
How Early should I log in to my Santa Experience? We run a tight workshop, please log in a couple minutes early because we start on time!
Can my other family members join from other parts of the country? Yes, we really focus on the number of children and interaction with Santa. You can share your link with your family to join and watch or you can share your video.
How do you get my kids' info? You can provide all the fun details in checkout and you can email us- if any information changes, please send 24 hours in advance of your appointment..
What is I need a custom time for large groups/employees/client appreciation gifts? We provide packages for larger needs.
